Return Policy

In most cases All sales are final, however it is our policy to make you as comfortable as possible with our customer service. If you are unhappy with your espresso coffee maker, you must contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving your item. Tell us what the problem is so we may help resolve any problem. You must have authorization to return any item. Gensaco products are subject to a 25% restocking charge, other brands may be exchanged for a model of equal or lesser value. Shipping costs are your responsibility and any returned item will be inspected for any damage and charges will be accessed before a new item is to be sent out as an exchange. Failure to contact customer service within the time frame will void any approval.
